Maureen is an advocate for Seniors in many ways. In addition to Wills, Estate Planning, and Estate Administration, she provides legal representation for clients in matters involving Nursing Homes, Asset Protection, Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, and Guardianships. She provides legal counseling with a very compassionate approach. Maureen is a Philadelphia native who started her legal career as a Law Clerk and Victim Advocate in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. In addition, she has experience in the health care and pharmaceutical industry, contract negotiations, and matters of fraud and abuse. All of this has lead her to the practice of Elder Law.
